John Burton-Race is a multiple award-winning consultant chef with years of experience gained at top restaurants including Quaglino’s, Hotel Meurice London, Chewton Glen, La Sorbonne, Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, L’Ortolan and the New Angel.

With the TAM he has constructed the menu for the new TAM fusion restaurant in Mayfair.

Once inside the Mercato Mayfair head upstairs to the galleria level and head right to the collection of plants and vinyl to find us.

Opening Times

Monday - Thursday: 12pm to 11pm

Friday - Saturday: 12pm to 12am

Sunday: 12pm to 10pm

(kitchen closes at 9pm on Sunday and 10pm the other days)
